About the role

  • Develop and implement a unified Asset Care Strategy across all sites, aligning with corporate objectives
  • Lead design and deployment of Preventative Care Programs to shift from reactive to predictive maintenance
  • Coach OpEx Asset Care/Reliability and site Maintenance leads to institutionalize RCM culture
  • Oversee network-wide maintenance systems, SOPs, metrics, and KPIs
  • Manage OEM and Co-Manufacturer relationships across U.S. and Canada
  • Develop asset lifecycle approach and guide equipment replacement planning
  • Oversee MRO inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
  • Analyze critical asset performance and drive productivity improvements via IoT and AI
  • Lead development and deployment of SMMS to monitor, predict, and analyze asset performance
  • Develop multi-year improvement plans per site and monitor network reliability targets
  • Directly manage OpEx Asset Care & Reliability team and indirectly lead 250+ maintenance personnel

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years in cross-functional manufacturing with focus on high-velocity operations, Asset Care, and Reliability programs
  • Expertise in Asset Care Strategy, Preventative Maintenance, MRO Management, SMMS, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
  • Experience managing relationships with OEMs and co-manufacturers and optimizing MRO costs
  • Proven ability to develop and deploy SOPs, metrics, KPIs, and asset lifecycle approaches
  • Experience with Work Order Management, MRO inventory optimization, and maintenance budget planning
  • Experience leveraging IoT and AI for asset performance and predictive maintenance
  • Experience building and leading training and development programs for technical teams
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements, FMEA, and risk analysis (nice-to-have)
  • Certification as an Asset Reliability Practitioner (plus)
