About the role
- Research and identify key contacts at K-12 districts and schools
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track activity metrics
- Stay current on Lexia’s product offerings and K-12 education trends
- Work closely with Account Executives to align outreach with territory strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in a client-facing position
- 3+ years of sales or lead development experience preferred
- Experience using CRM and other technical platforms, Salesforce.com highly preferred
- Proficient use of Google Suite or MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of educational needs and technology trends in the K-12 education space
