About the role

  • Research and identify key contacts at K-12 districts and schools
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track activity metrics
  • Stay current on Lexia’s product offerings and K-12 education trends
  • Work closely with Account Executives to align outreach with territory strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a client-facing position
  • 3+ years of sales or lead development experience preferred
  • Experience using CRM and other technical platforms, Salesforce.com highly preferred
  • Proficient use of Google Suite or MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of educational needs and technology trends in the K-12 education space
