About the role

  • Lead a team of administrators while owning the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and alignment with business goals.
  • Examine business requirements, design solutions, and coordinate cross-departmentally.
  • Manage the Salesforce roadmap, drive and support strategic planning of Salesforce initiatives.
  • Design, code, and implement custom applications, workflows, and enhancements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other software and systems using APIs and various tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Provide training and documentation for Salesforce users and administrators.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years of Salesforce Development experience required.
  • 1+ year of people management experience is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.) and its core features.
  • Proficiency in languages like Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and familiarity with other relevant technologies (like SOQL and SOSL).
  • Familiarity with the Lightning Framework for developing user interfaces.
  • Ability to drive, motivate, and mentor a team of Salesforce admins.
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in Salesforce code.
  • Experience leading teams and/or projects across departments preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
