About the role
- Conduct in-depth analysis of AI models, algorithms, and data sets to derive actionable insights
- Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven findings
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI innovation and optimization
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate technical findings to stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI projects on time and within scope
- Define project requirements, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle
- Ensure effective communication across teams and maintain transparency with executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years as technical program management and 3+ years of experience in AI/ML analysis
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics techniques
- Experience with AI frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects using agile or waterfall methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business context for diverse audiences.
