About the role
- Perform all-purpose duties related to Center operations (production and administrative)
- Establish and maintain company goals and standards for performance and growth
- Provide clear expectations and necessary tools, training & information to each General Manager
- Identify potential acquisition and brownfield targets and develop relationships with them
- Recruit qualified candidates for potential employment and establish a recruiting pipeline
- Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably
Requirements
- 5+ Years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
- Previous leadership experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
