About the role

  • Monitor commercial performance indicators and propose learning solutions that contribute to improving the sales force’s performance;
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training requirements across the Commercial Network, identifying knowledge gaps and development opportunities;
  • Plan, design and deliver training actions and programs focused on increasing the accuracy of offerings and driving commercial results;
  • Develop innovative learning solutions that ensure effective understanding of products, processes and commercial competencies;
  • Produce and organize technical and behavioral content for large-scale dissemination throughout the Commercial Network;
  • Train and support multipliers/champions, strengthening the knowledge distribution strategy;
  • Manage training and communication platforms and tools, ensuring they are up to date, organized and user-friendly;
  • Act as a facilitator in the classroom (in-person and/or online), delivering clear, engaging training aligned with commercial guidelines;
  • Define, monitor and analyze training KPIs, establish success indicators and evaluate the impact of training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed);
  • Knowledge of corporate learning methodologies and learning assessment;
  • Facilitation, public speaking and training delivery skills;
  • Experience in project participation and project management;
  • Data analysis and KPI monitoring skills;
  • Experience with educational platforms and learning tools;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Organization, planning and training management skills;
  • Relationship building and negotiation with internal teams and external partners;
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
  • Creativity in designing learning solutions;
  • Budget management and resource optimization skills;
  • Ability to solve highly complex problems;
  • Knowledge of Insurance (Life and Credit/Loan Protection) and Pension products.
