- - Onboarding experience and lifecycle

- - Lead scoring, attribution, analytics
- - Pricing, packaging, bundles, monetization

- - Improve churn reduction systems

Requirements
- **Must-Haves**
- - 4–7+ years in SaaS growth/revenue/marketing roles
- - Deep experience across PLG, funnels, onboarding, lifecycle
- - Strong in data: SQL, GA4, attribution, dashboards (or similar)
- - Ability to model CAC, LTV, churn, payback, cohort analysis
- - Experience running growth sprints and experimentation frameworks
- - Familiarity with pricing/packaging strategy
- - Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, CS, Engineering
- **Nice-to-Haves**
- - Experience with API-first or infrastructure SaaS
- - GDPR/SOC2 familiarity
- - Background in support operations
- - Experience with global teams (LATAM, EU, Asia)
