Requirements

  • **Must-Haves**
  • - 4–7+ years in SaaS growth/revenue/marketing roles
  • - Deep experience across PLG, funnels, onboarding, lifecycle
  • - Strong in data: SQL, GA4, attribution, dashboards (or similar)
  • - Ability to model CAC, LTV, churn, payback, cohort analysis
  • - Experience running growth sprints and experimentation frameworks
  • - Familiarity with pricing/packaging strategy
  • - Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, CS, Engineering
  • **Nice-to-Haves**
  • - Experience with API-first or infrastructure SaaS
  • - GDPR/SOC2 familiarity
  • - Background in support operations
  • - Experience with global teams (LATAM, EU, Asia)
