About the role
- You actively support our participants in achieving learning success and help the team further develop modern learning content.
- Daily contact with our course participants—by e-mail, chat or live call: you answer technical questions and provide motivating feedback.
- Maintenance and continuous updating of our course content—you ensure our materials are always current and aligned with the latest developments in AI.
- Preparation and delivery of live calls—together with colleagues or independently, you lead interactive learning sessions.
- Development of interactive learning materials and exercises—from concept to implementation you bring fresh ideas to our instructional offerings.
- Support with automation solutions: you help participants automate business processes and make them more efficient.
Requirements
- A strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
- Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n and the ability to guide others in their practical use.
- The ability to follow established processes diligently and to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
- A quick grasp and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to different learning styles.
- Team player with a desire to grow together with others.
- Confident, error-free written expression in German (C2 level or equivalent).
