About the role

  • Create and influence account sales opportunities in effort to drive bookings for the company.
  • Be a decision maker with sales to assist the client sales process.
  • Speak or attempt to speak to Senior Execs (Chiefs and VPs) to strategize next steps and need.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on concept development to implement prospect-focused strategies.
  • Coordinate the proposal development for the sales team.
  • Develop new and innovative sales programs and initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for day-to-day activities and efforts in support of the sales team.
  • Account and Contact profile breakdown, SFDC Account clean up, Proactive identification of new accounts not in SFDC.
  • Assisting in the following: drops, account planning, coordination of and participation in AMPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation or recruitment.
  • Strong communications skills. Able to concisely articulate verbal & written messages derived from provided sales training on sales process, sales messaging, and unique differentiators.
  • Strong discovery and active listening skills required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or related CRM and LinkedIn strongly preferred.
  • Proven success setting appointments with the C-Suite, VPs, Directors, and other key decision makers.
  • Continuous Learning - Actively identify new areas for learning; regularly create and take advantage of learning opportunities; apply newly gained knowledge and skill on the job to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Highly accountable, no drama and committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve desired results.
