Support Engineer

• BD Diesel is looking for an experienced Technical Support Representative who is accountable for providing world class sales support to BD customers necessary to continuously improve the creation and delivery of value to our customers.
• This position helps customers problem solve, select the right parts and provide insight on installation challenges.
• This role helps our customers and their vehicles reach their full potential by providing detailed knowledge combined with excellent customer service.
• This position reports to the Technical Service Supervisor and works 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday.
