About the role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual benefit for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles; outside sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with technology sales is preferred; ability to learn about new products rapidly is essential.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
  • **Preferred and/or Required Experience:**
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales role preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer support.
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (C.R.M.) system preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.
