About the role
- Lead and grow commercial activity while supervising a team
- Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team of 5 employees
- Develop business and maintain relationships with a portfolio of industrial and tertiary clients
- Carry out support and advisory assignments on health, safety and environment topics
- Provide consulting and support for QHSE management systems
- Deliver training on HSE topics
- Prepare and manage the budget for your profit center
- Regular travel to Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana
Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in a technical field or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in service companies or inspection/control bodies
- Strong interest in business development
- Technical solutions expertise
