About the role

  • Take charge of project management and administration
  • Manage project invoicing in accordance with established deadlines and procedures
  • Open project files and ensure their complete administrative follow-up
  • Maintain high-quality client relationships by responding to client requests and concerns
  • Manage project files, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate the various administrative stages of assignments

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or billing
  • Proficiency with billing/invoicing tools
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to maintain high-quality client relationships
  • Effective organizational skills
