About the role
- Take charge of project management and administration
- Manage project invoicing in accordance with established deadlines and procedures
- Open project files and ensure their complete administrative follow-up
- Maintain high-quality client relationships by responding to client requests and concerns
- Manage project files, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Coordinate the various administrative stages of assignments
Requirements
- High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or billing
- Proficiency with billing/invoicing tools
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to maintain high-quality client relationships
- Effective organizational skills
