About the role
- Assist in preparation of client quotations
- Administration of client pricing schedules
- Entry & monitoring of data in invoicing & CRM systems
- Purchase order generation, invoice processing & expense claims
- Processing conference registrations & travel bookings
- Answering & directing phone enquiries
- Backup support for front desk reception
- General administration tasks
Requirements
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail / accuracy
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A positive can-do attitude, self-driven and highly motivated to succeed.
