About the role
- Conduct inspection activities at vendor/manufacturing locations as per approved inspection plans
- Review and validate QA documentation and test procedures
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports
- Interface with QatarEnergy and MIDMAC representatives
- Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent Civil/Structural Engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural/structural inspection on industrial or infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in inspecting structural steel, concrete structures, and building components
- Strong knowledge of third-party inspection and certification procedures
- Ability to issue inspection reports, flash reports, and NCRs
- Familiarity with port/maritime infrastructure or offshore projects (highly desirable)
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple project parties
- Fluency in English
