Business Development Rep

• Identify and engage with opportunities in nationally strategic infrastructure projects, especially those backed by public investment or development financing.
• Build trusted relationships with government bodies, international consultants, SOEs, and funding stakeholders.
• Monitor infrastructure investment pipelines and donor-aligned project announcements to proactively position the company.
• Lead proposal development including EOI, PQ, and tender submissions aligned with applicable procurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions across PMC, technical advisory, inspection, and assurance services.
