About the role

  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Communicate with Manager regarding upload the data in system
  • Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
  • Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Produce reports
  • Retrieve data as requested
  • Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data
  • Any other responsibility assigned by N+1

Requirements

  • Proven experience as data entry.
  • Fast typing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • At least 2 to 3 years' related experience.
  • Knowledge of computer application in relevant software.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent Diploma
  • Ability to read documents such as procedure manuals in English;
