About the role
- Chair opening and closing meetings
- Assign responsibilities for auditing specific processes and reassign work as needed
- Manage external team representation during the audit process
- Communicate the progress of the audit and any concerns to the client
- Review with the client any need for changes to the audit scope
- Resolve any diverging opinions between the audit team and the client
- Review the audit findings against the audit objectives and criteria
- Confirm the appropriateness of the audit programme and identify modifications required
- Ensure the audit report is prepared and responsible for its content
- Recommend to the Technical Manager regarding certification matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or food manufacturing
- At least 5 years’ work experience in various food industries
- Sufficient auditing experience
- IRCA/ CQI Certified lead auditor according to ISO 22000 and FSSC, GFSI is advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
