About the role
- Manage and drive the regional reward policy and processes in alignment with the BV Group reward strategy, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and specific country requirements.
- Ensure the company’s reward offering for the Region is competitive, equitable, and aligned with BV's global strategy to support attraction, motivation and retention of employees.
- Lead the regional grading and job architecture framework, acting as the point of reference for maintenance, mapping and promotion of roles in collaboration with Talent teams.
- Serve as the lead for the annual update of pay ranges, salary, bonus and LTI benchmarks together with the Global Reward team, ensuring the regional compensation structure remains market competitive.
- Design, review and harmonise reward policies (salary, bonus, benefits) and continuously enhance incentive programmes by analysing effectiveness and partnering with HR and business leaders.
- Plan and execute regional reward campaigns and off-cycle activities, manage the annual budget (WSE), coordinate with HRIS and the Global Reward team, and support leaders during salary review and bonus cycles.
- Ensure compliance and equity for international mobility, pay equity and all relevant labour law requirements, and propose and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
- Partner with stakeholders and drive project delivery, leading the regional rollout of global reward initiatives, providing guidance to local HR teams, and developing KPI dashboards to monitor and optimise reward performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in total rewards management, preferably in a regional or global capacity within an international company
- Deep expertise in total rewards management (compensation, benefits, LTI) and labour law compliance across Europe
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of developing reward KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to influence senior business leaders
- Proven project-management experience, delivering regional deployments of global reward initiatives
- High integrity, confidentiality and solid financial and business acumen
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
