About the role
- Lead and manage offshore trenching, backfilling, and pipeline installation projects
- Supervise subsea trenching operations and pipeline stabilization activities
- Coordinate with marine vessels and trenching equipment operators
- Liaise with clients, survey teams, marine crews, and subcontractors
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in offshore trenching, backfilling, and pipeline installation projects
- Proven track record in managing subsea pipeline protection operations
- Strong project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work offshore and travel as required
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent preferred
- NEBOSH / IOSH or similar HSE certification preferred
