Requirements

At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment
Fluent in verbal and written English; expert at Business English
Operates office equipment, machines, and computers
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
Familiar with permitting software preferred
Strong service orientation and friendly demeanor
High attention-to-detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Able to manage workload, multitask, and work independently while advancing self-directed priorities in group settings
Efficient and organized with a strong work ethic and excellent sense of initiative and follow-through
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Availability during the week during daytime hours.
