About the role
- Identify potential clients and lead the negotiation process to sell services
- Implement the established commercial strategy, promoting various services of high strategic value
- Conduct in-person or remote meetings and follow-ups to increase the proposal win rate
- Contact and visit clients
- Meet KPIs and annual targets
- Attend corporate or client events (certificate deliveries), webinars
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of clients' activity sectors, particularly in sustainability, food and hygiene, environment, and safety
- Familiarity with certification frameworks and specific requirements
- Understanding of management system processes
- Knowledge of certification processes and the sales process
- Results- and customer-oriented
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
