About the role
- Take charge of project management and administration (invoicing, account opening, client relations)
- Manage project invoicing while respecting established deadlines and procedures
- Handle the opening of accounts/projects and ensure their complete administrative follow-up
- Maintain quality client relationships by responding to requests and concerns
- Administer project files ensuring regulatory compliance
- Coordinate the various administrative stages of assignments
Requirements
- High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or invoicing
