About the role
- Preparing samples, standard reference materials, reagents, and/or solutions
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area
- Performing and documenting routine maintenance and calibration of instrumentation
- Documenting/recording raw data and results of analyses
- Executing analytical procedures in accordance with the appropriate regulations
- Follow the guidelines set forth with the company Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies and procedures
- Comply with company management systems in accordance with appropriate regulatory agencies
- Follows the guidelines set forth in the company Quality Manual and Safety / Chemical Hygiene Plan
- Adhere to the requirements of the company Quality System
- Other duties as defined by supervisor, department needs and workload
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or closely related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an analytical chemistry laboratory preferred
- Experience in a GLP/cGMP and ISO regulated environment preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.
