• Ensure the technical and operational coordination of welding and NDT assignments while driving business development.
• Participate in bringing regulatory welding and NDT assignments into production by tracking and coordinating activities between technical specialists.
• Manage the business portfolio for industrial clients (SMEs and major accounts) in the manufacturing, petrochemical and energy sectors.
• Ensure the planning and quality of on-site services delivered within your areas of expertise.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting the operational manager in the service’s commercial activities.
• Directly manage a team of inspectors and project managers, handling equipment allocation, leave, annual performance reviews and compensation.
• Regional travel is expected within the Pays de la Loire and Poitou-Charentes areas.
