About the role
- Support the HR team with organizational and administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process (includes: drafting job postings, pre-screening applications, obtaining references, scheduling interviews with candidates)
- Active involvement in HR administration (from onboarding to offboarding)
- Various administrative tasks

- Experience in applicant management and employee recruitment
- Understanding of processes and their interconnections across the entire employee life cycle
- Strong service and client orientation
- Independent and quality-focused working style
- Proficient IT skills
- Excellent written and spoken German
