About the role

  • Establish the PMO function, defining lightweight processes and governance tailored to an agile SaaS delivery model
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to plan, track, and report on key initiatives across UCaaS and CCaaS product lines
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, status reporting, and program metrics to ensure visibility for leadership
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment, identifying and resolving delivery risks and dependencies
  • Support quarterly and monthly planning cadences, ensuring priorities and resourcing are aligned
  • Drive consistency in program execution without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Serve as the single point of contact for program and portfolio reporting, scaling the function over time as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or cloud-based technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and experience adapting governance to agile environments
  • Experience managing programs in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related communications technology preferred
  • Self-starter comfortable operating as a one-person PMO, building structure from the ground up
  • Proficiency with program tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar)
