Partner with members across Marketing – including COEs and segment marketing teams, analytics, and lead generation – to evolve broadridge.com, our regional websites, and microsites
Serve as a web experience expert and advisor, guiding the quality and effectiveness of landing page experiences
Manage the backlog of web requests and enhancements with disciplined Agile best practices
Apply new SEO tactics, through experimentation and best practices, to improve our presence in both traditional and AI search engines, analyze the data, create case studies, and develop best practice guides to scale our overall search program
Implement improvements to our global web operations using data, AI, automation tools, and other creative ideas
Help enforce our website and brand guidelines, in balance with usability best practices, using data to help guide decisions
Ensure our websites comply with privacy, security, and accessibility requirements
Optimize site performance, conversion paths, and lead flow through carefully planned and structured experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing)
Develop workflow documentation, playbooks, and training materials to build awareness of website best practices and process improvements.
Requirements
6+ years in web operations, digital marketing, or related technical marketing roles
Demonstrated experience owning enterprise-grade websites and delivering measurable business impact
Strong B2B marketing background with a record of driving KPIs via web experiences
Expertise with modern CMS platforms, component-based design systems, and troubleshooting technical issues that emerge on websites (e.g., HTML, CSS, JS, SSL certs, domains)
Experience with website migrations and retirements, and platform changes
Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Power BI), and experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
Full understanding of site performance, accessibility, security, and privacy standards
Proven experience optimizing websites for search (organic and paid), LLMs, and AI
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence across technical and non-technical teams and across global teams
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
