About the role
- Manage relationships with plan providers, consultants, and third-party administrators
- Implement approved plan changes through strong project planning and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Lead annual plan reviews, testing, audits, and updates
- Oversee development and implementation of associate communications to improve associate engagement and understanding of retirement benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of progressive benefits experience, must have demonstrated experience with retirement benefits
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL and other legal requirements related to administration
- Experience working with benefits administration platforms and systems
- Experience with Workday HRIS, ADP Payroll (EV5 and Globalview), and Servicenow a plus
