About the role

  • Drive the development of national and regional key accounts
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-volume brands and clients (e.g., Pizza Cosy, Le Fourgon, organized HORECA networks…)
  • Build, negotiate, and roll out national agreements that move the needle
  • Analyze commercial performance with supporting data and propose concrete actions to boost sales
  • Coordinate field, marketing, and supply teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and prospect new high-potential brands in the French market

Requirements

  • Structured, analytical, numbers-driven and comfortable with reporting
  • Results-oriented, able to manage a demanding portfolio and drive real commercial momentum
  • Ideally from a first experience (internship or work-study) as a Key Account, Category Manager, or similar role in large retailers (GMS), cash & carry/foodservice (CHD), or food & beverage
  • Able to communicate effectively with both procurement/purchasing directors and field teams
  • Enthusiastic, autonomous, and ready to commit to a fast-growing craft scale-up
