About the role
- Drive the development of national and regional key accounts
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-volume brands and clients (e.g., Pizza Cosy, Le Fourgon, organized HORECA networks…)
- Build, negotiate, and roll out national agreements that move the needle
- Analyze commercial performance with supporting data and propose concrete actions to boost sales
- Coordinate field, marketing, and supply teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and prospect new high-potential brands in the French market
Requirements
- Structured, analytical, numbers-driven and comfortable with reporting
- Results-oriented, able to manage a demanding portfolio and drive real commercial momentum
- Ideally from a first experience (internship or work-study) as a Key Account, Category Manager, or similar role in large retailers (GMS), cash & carry/foodservice (CHD), or food & beverage
- Able to communicate effectively with both procurement/purchasing directors and field teams
- Enthusiastic, autonomous, and ready to commit to a fast-growing craft scale-up
