About the role

  • Call incoming leads and make the first contact.
  • Qualify establishments that completed our questionnaire (interest, volume, distribution channel, etc.).
  • Prospect new establishments using growth-hacking tools (enriched databases, targeted messaging, automation, etc.).
  • Pitch Brique House’s offering and convince establishments to order our beers through their usual distributor.
  • Ensure commercial handoff with distributors: track listings and initial restocks.
  • Maintain clear reporting on your leads, conversion rates, and closed deals.
  • Test new acquisition channels (emailing, LinkedIn automation, scraping...) to improve your contact rate.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 program (business school, IAE, university) with a specialization in commerce, marketing, or sales.
  • You enjoy customer interaction, negotiation, and taking action.
  • You are comfortable with prospecting tools and eager to learn practical growth-hacking methods.
  • You are curious, resourceful, and not afraid to push boundaries to reach your goals.
