About the role
- Lead the planning and implementation of major projects
- Manage multiple projects of varying sizes
- Facilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements
- Develop detailed project plans/methods to monitor and track progress
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Provide weekly reports on activities and project status
- Build long-term, value-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Recognize opportunities for process improvement and additional projects driving revenue expansion
Requirements
- 10+ years business management, customer success or account management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in working with complex, Fortune 500, multi-divisional, international customers
- Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and other executives
- Assertive verbal and written communications skills
- Highly skilled in developing PowerPoints and managing data in Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into customer insights
- Experience in collaborating and guiding cross-functional teams
- Strong technology and data networking knowledge
