About the role

  • Set the sales strategy and manage the achievement of team sales targets and key business goals
  • Execute sales plans in line with brand guidelines and company objectives
  • Manage team pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to the General Manager
  • Drive sales performance and revenue growth through effective account management
  • Work with the Marketing team to support campaign execution and lead generation activities
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective action to ensure targets are met
  • Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential and build a strong succession pipeline

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager role
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong CRM system knowledge
  • Ability to manage individual and team sales targets
  • Skilled in data analysis and accurate reporting
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong planning abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Willingness to travel to different locations, including Head Office
