• Supervise a wide variety of accounting and tax engagements
• Assume responsibility for complex projects and review moderately complex work prepared by others
• Train and mentor Staff and less experienced Senior Accountants
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the Firm’s clients
• Execute the firm’s client retention strategies
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion
• Prepare complex corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax returns with minimal supervision
• Review moderately complex returns prepared by others and provide review points
• Coach other staff based on review points noticed
• Assist in developing engagement budgets and performing billing
• Delegate work to others and supervise Staff and Senior Accountants on client tasks
