About the role

  • Work independently on assigned tasks for the end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementation for the client
  • Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily focused on SPM modules
  • Conduct workshops with clients to articulate the value of SPM solutions and solicit feedback on the proposed / developed solutions
  • Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to stakeholders
  • Manage platform and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of Project and Portfolio Management processes, with a strong focus in Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Agile Development
  • Collaborate with functional teams and lead technical solution design sessions for the designated work area(s)
  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of IT software consulting experience
  • 3-5 years specifically in ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
  • In-depth knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management and Strategic Portfolio Management concepts and best practices
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients
  • Required active public trust clearance from FAA
  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administration
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
