About the role
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Manage and support SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Monday CRM, Airtable, GitLab, Atlassian
- Work with structured data and troubleshoot data sync automation errors
- Create and maintain automations and integrations (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, APIs, OAuth 2.0)
- Expand, manage, maintain, monitor, and document IT infrastructure, IT policies, and SaaS audits
- Support mission-critical services and servers and assist teams deploying updates and enhancements
- Ensure technical and physical security of network-attached hardware per security policies
- Provide technical support and management for network components: routers, firewalls, switches, controllers, wireless access points
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience supporting and managing SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, Monday CRM, Airtable, GitLab, Atlassian, and more
- Knowledge of structured data, APIs, automation tools (Make, Zapier, Power Automate)
- Experience with SSO and Entra ID, Client/Server administration, networking, and virtualized environments
- Command-line skills and troubleshooting mindset
- Nice to have: Familiarity with scripting for automation and troubleshooting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Interest in improving IT security, system monitoring, and backup strategies
- Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g,. Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience supporting GitLab Runners and troubleshooting build or deployment issues
- Minimum 3 days/week in-office (Munich)
