About the role
- Manage open job vacancies and register them using the Holmes system;
- Provide support to managers and employees regarding HR-related inquiries;
- Support processes for monitoring employee movements;
- Assist in gathering data from managers for vacancy approvals;
- Support internal promotion processes and eligibility assessments;
- Consolidate the results of exit interviews;
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Preferred: currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills;
- Advantage: prior experience performing administrative tasks in Human Resources.
