About the role
- Serve as a platform expert with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud
- Advise sales and client services on new features
- Collaborate with platform partners on product roadmap advisory
- Partner with client service and business development teams to identify and expand account opportunities
- Provide thought leadership in the marketing technology space
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience creating customer data and marketing technology solutions
- 3+ years of experience at a digital-first, global delivery agency/consultancy
- Strong consultative and client-facing skills
- Power user knowledge in Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Self-driven; ability to work independently and solve problems
- Strong communicator with all levels of leadership
- Outstanding executive presence and negotiation skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
