About the role
- Lead discovery calls with clients to understand hiring needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates via video calls
- Present qualified candidates and guide clients through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and timely records in HubSpot and our applicant tracking system
- Build trusted relationships by being both professional and personable in every interaction
- Deliver professional, personable recruiting services
- Build strong client and candidate relationships
- Contribute to client retention by providing consistent, high-quality support
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, account management, or client service
- Strong communication skills - professional, warm, and approachable
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to keep systems and processes updated
- Comfortable with video calls, CRM, and ATS tools
- Construction industry experience a plus
- Solutions-oriented - always brings a solution to a problem
- Able to work independently, managing up to 20 hours per week as workload grows
