About the role
- Process and maintain personnel and payroll administration in collaboration with external providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary processing and compliance with local labor legislation.
- Prepare employment contracts, changes, and other HR documentation.
- Provide clear and consistent information to employees regarding employment conditions, benefits, and policies.
- Support HR audits, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR workflows and digital processes.
- Assist HR Business Partners and the HR Manager with ongoing projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- MBO+ or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally in an international organization.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and labor legislation in the Netherlands and preferably also Belgium.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Discreet, proactive, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- A hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
- Nice to have: Experience with both Dutch and Belgian labor contracts and legislation, and a proactive mindset to identify and implement improvements that make HR processes more efficient.
