About the role
- Use data and research to identify user needs and pain points by geography, background, intent, and behavior, creating differentiated experiences that improve conversion and retention.
- Partner with platform engineering teams to design scalable systems (e.g., personalization frameworks) that dynamically tailor experiences based on multiple inputs such as job intent, geography, or uploaded resumes.
- Collaborate with Business Development and strategic partners to design and deliver co-branded or integrated user journeys that extend BOLD’s personalization capabilities into partner ecosystems.
- Own the roadmap by developing and prioritizing hypotheses at key funnel moments (e.g., template selection, resume upload) to improve user segmentation and personalization.
- Work with Content Technology and Data Science to integrate AI and LLM-powered features into tailored guidance and recommendations.
- Translate complex personalization requirements into clear specifications for Design and Engineering, balancing flexibility, scalability, and speed of delivery.
- Create and analyze A/B tests to validate personalized experiences, optimize conversion rates, and inform long-term platform development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management or related experience.
- A track record of defining product vision and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience building or working with multiple scalable platforms (e.g., personalization engines, decisioning systems, or other rules/ML-driven frameworks) to drive simple user experiences.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and working closely with platform engineering teams to deliver extensible solutions.
- Skilled at data-driven decision-making (quantitative and qualitative), able to define metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into action.
- Experience working deeply with Data Science on AI and LLM-powered products.
- History of partnership with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into powerful experiences.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to align teams around a shared vision, including external partners and business development.
- Proven expertise in A/B testing and large-scale experimentation, including statistical analysis and test design.
- Comfort working across global teams and balancing short-term impact with long-term strategic bets.
