About the role
- Lead and manage complex projects focused on integrating supplier quality processes, systems, and teams across multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet program objectives and milestones
- Collaborate closely with Supplier Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive alignment and resolve integration challenges
- Facilitate communication and coordination between suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables
- Track and report project status, metrics, and key performance indicators to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality integration and overall supply chain performance
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of project management experience for both small and large projects
- 3+ years of experience with any of the following: Project/Program Management, Procurement, Supplier Program Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, and/or Supplier Quality
- 3+ years of experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality processes
- 3+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects, Milestones, Open Project Professional, etc.
- Experience with Agile or LEAN methodologies
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience working in aerospace or manufacturing industries preferred
- Familiarity with Boeing supplier quality requirements and systems preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successful project delivery
