About the role
- Support implementation and onboarding processes for OT environments across various sites and environment types to ensure comprehensive visibility and accurate documentation
- Serve as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions within OT environments, meeting business and technical requirements as prescribed
- Collaborate with asset owners to identify and assess existing OT assets and processes, facilitating the collection of relevant data for integration
- Support the design and implementation of standardized procedures and best practices to streamline visibility efforts
- Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless integration of data into existing management systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
- 5+ years of experience with technology development planning and execution in collaboration with government agencies, suppliers and partners
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Active government clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret)
- Proven experience implementing new technologies at scale in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of operational technology systems and their integration with IT environments
- Strong understanding of asset management, network infrastructure, and related technologies
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to onboard teams to new processes or technologies
