About the role

  • Interact with clients to introduce yourself as the point of contact for all client needs prior to activation
  • Maintain client relationship with consistent follow ups to strengthen client rapport through Salesforce tasking.
  • Facilitate the best customer experience and ensure all client needs are met
  • Follow up to collect required documents from clients and facilitate account activations
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders – account executive, onboarder & account manager to facilitate a successful client journey from sales to account managers.
  • Document - log all communication notes in Salesforce to document client journey
  • Communicate - We are committed to growth, so your ability to communicate users’ experiences and understand when and where to escalate is essential

Requirements

  • 4 years of B2B sales/ customer service experience
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in cloud computing - Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new web-based technologies
  • Confidence, as well as strong verbal & written communication skills when interacting with clients
  • Ability to discover and understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale
