About the role
- Work together with a collaborative international team of engineers, designers and solution leads to understand customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic front-end user interfaces.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure applications meet high standards of usability and performance.
- Collaborate with the data and AI engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and AI logic into customer-facing applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building secure and scalable web applications, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in both backend (e.g. NodeJs, FastAPI, Python) and frontend (e.g. React, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g. PostgresSQL).
- Proven ability to deliver production-ready software for enterprise use.
- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international team.
- Experience working in a consulting or agency environment on project-based work.
- Familiar with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Github Actions, or Skaffold.
- Familiar with deployment on one of the major cloud providers (preferably Azure).
- Able to take charge of a project from conception till production-level customer deployment.
- Passionate about continuously improving code quality by performing code reviews, and following best practices for testing and debugging.
- Willing to collaborate with the team to expand knowledge of new technologies and improve software development best practices.
