About the role
- Provide high-quality day-to-day support to a specialized client base by resolving operational and technical issues
- Deliver information on BNY products and services
- Direct clients to appropriate internal resources
- Address and resolve routine operational and technical client inquiries
- Monitor and track client inquiries and issues to support business development and improve client experience
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-3 years of work experience preferred, ideally in client services or an operational area
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver excellent client service
- Basic understanding of BNY broader services and offerings is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
