Engineer

• Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a team of FDEs fostering a culture of communication, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Develop a deep understanding of Bluecore’s technical operations to serve as an escalation for both internal stakeholders and external clients, when necessary.
• Facilitate on the day-to-day of FDE responsibilities, providing guidance, assistance, or escalation as needed to ensure timeliness and quality of our team’s output.
• Fostering innovation and technical excellence. Understand, advocate, and collaborate to identify and drive improvements for our clients or team members.
• Understand Bluecore’s and clients platform, capabilities, and constraints.
• Collaborate with internal team members and clients to align on outcomes, requirements, and any blockers when scoping or performing code updates.
• Write and maintain custom solutions through:
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure maximum consistency and accuracy of client data.
