About the role
- Implement, configure, and optimize Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Build connections, data views, field mappings, joins, and identity stitching
- Design reporting structures for unified journey behavior
- Map schemas, datasets, and identity namespaces
- Create calculated metrics, filters, visualizations, and dashboards
- Partner with AEP, RTCDP, and AJO teams for analytics alignment
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP)
- Schema mapping, data modeling, and event normalization
- Identity alignment and cross-dataset stitching
- Calculated metrics, components, and CJA data view configuration
- Experience defining KPI frameworks and enabling measurement strategies for enterprise programs
