About the role
- This is a remote position.
- The professional will be responsible for managing user stories and coordinating with developers, ensuring test integrity and approvals for code and configuration deployments via Copado.
- This professional must have strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and rigorously follow the documentation required for audit purposes.
- Define and coordinate the execution of test procedures and develop test cases to support the overall quality assurance process.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, projects, etc.).
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system integrity, collect system metrics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.
- Participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of critical business applications and systems.
- Participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, maintainability, and system performance.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or higher (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Field of study: Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
- Preferred: Technical certifications in Software Development or Software Applications
- Language: Fluent English to meet global requirements.
- Experience with Copado CI/CD in large organizations, with a specific focus on deployments and pipeline management.
- More than 7 years of experience working with information technology and systems analysis.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and how data and software applications support them.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in the SD/OTC area is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Pricefx is a plus.
- Strong IT skills, including hardware, software, and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of principles and practices related to commercial applications and/or SaaS.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Kanban, is desirable.
- Strong proficiency in estimation and planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Visio, and Teams.
