About the role

  • Manage a program with very large or complex inter-related projects or multiple moderate size projects
  • Represent the owner in managing 3rd party designers and constructors
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the program including: planning and execution of a Capital Improvement Plan
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to respond to client priorities
  • Provides oversight and direction to B&V project managers, construction managers, program professionals and subcontractors
  • Operates in complex management environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Interacts with senior government or public officials and/or executive level clients on significant project matters

Requirements

  • MSc Eng. or MBA or similar
  • Active P.E., PgMP, or PMP
  • Utility Manager or Program Manager with experience managing CIP projects from >$1.5M to $10M+ construction value
  • At least 1 project > $10M construction value
  • Previous experience leading or overseeing design of at least 5 concurrent design projects in any of the following sectors: Stormwater/drainage, Roads and/or Bridges, Parks & Rec Facilities, W/WW Treatment Facilities or Linear infrastructure
  • 9+ years in a senior project and/or program management role; PM, EM, Planning, Project Controls, etc.
